On Friday 43-year-old Heather Mayeux was arrested for domestic battery. It started as a verbal altercation when her 46-year-old boyfriend returned from work, but soon became physical when Mayeux began shoving him with both hands. Soon after that, she took her lit cigarette and snuffed it out on his forehead.
Once she was arrested and read her rights, she told officers that she “may have” extinguished the cigarette on his head, but would not admit to shoving him
He declined medical treatment and she’s facing a misdemeanor battery charge. She was also ordered by a judge to have no contact with the victim.
By the way, her rap sheet includes several theft convictions that range from misdemeanors to felonies. She told cops that stealing is her way of coping with stress.
