NASCAR plans on acquiring the Daytona International Speedway in what they are calling a merger. The buyout price is at $2,000,000,000 and the deal expects to close this year!
“We are pleased with the progress that the negotiation and execution of the merger agreement between NASCAR and ISC represents,” NASCAR said in a statement.
