Here’s one way to get out of criminal charges. Devise a plan to impersonate the prosecutor on your own criminal case, and then fail to file charges against yourself.

That’s exactly what a transient in Daytona Beach, Florida did. Christian Eugene Mosco, 47, can add a slew of additional felony charges onto his already long list of charges in which he was accused of threatening or extorting Jon Hall Chevrolet.

According to reports, Mosco was already charged with of threats or extortion after investigators said he emailed Jon Hall Chevrolet in Daytona Beach in May 2019 with demands of $50,000 and a 2019 Chevy Malibu in exchange for not revealing sales-records containing customer’s Social Security numbers obtained over two years.
