I love coffee. I start every day with a huge mug of it, and probably couldn’t get through the day without it. But I’ve seen a whole lot of recent studies with conflicting information about whether it is, in fact, healthy to drink.
Well, one recent study discovered that drinking 25 cups a day is no worse for you than drinking less than one. The study found no evidence that drinking large quantities of coffee would stiffen arteries or harm your heart.
Now to be clear, the researchers still do not recommend drinking that much coffee everyday, but they do assert that “coffee can be enjoyed as part of a healthy lifestyle.”
