Volusia Beachgoer Dies In Rip Current Related Incident

Ormond By The Sea, FL – Dangerous rip current conditions along Volusia County beaches have led to the death of a beachgoer.

The National Weather Service office in Melbourne posted about it on Twitter this morning.

Beach lifeguards have rescued over 140 people since Sunday, mostly due to dangerous rip currents.
