We all want our children to succeed, right? Should you pay them for doing so? If your child comes home with C’s and D’s, of course you’re not going to be very pleased. So, No reward, correct?

Just like adults at work, you’re rewarded with raises for doing your job and going above and beyond consistently. Should the same method be applied at home with your children who are in school developing the skills needed to make it in the “real world”?
