If you get caught pleasuring yourself at work, you’re probably going to get fired. But you should let them know it wasn’t YOUR idea . . . SCIENTISTS told you to do it. And then . . . yeah, they’ll still probably fire you.
Apparently, if we REALLY want to do better at work, we should all take a break at some point during the day to get-it-on with ourselves.
Mark Sergeant is a psychology lecturer at Nottingham Trent University in England. And he says that self-love breaks are, quote, “very effective at work [because] they’re a great way to relieve tension and stress.”
He also says they’re a great way to reward yourself for crossing a bunch of items off your to-do list.
Another psychologist named Dr. Cliff Arnall agrees . . . and he even thinks companies should ENCOURAGE their employees to do it.
Quote, “Taking a masturbation break for boredom or an escape would increase work focus. I would expect it to result in more focus, less aggression, higher productivity, and more smiling.”
